DIF Infrastructure III completes sale of 53 MW solar portfolio to Ullico

DIF Infrastructure III has completed the sale of its 53 MW solar portfolio to Ullico Inc.’s infrastructure investment business. The solar projects achieved commercial operations between 2012 and 2015. The portfolio consists of for solar plants:

  • 10 MW Illumination solar photovoltaic project

  • 10 MW Goldlight solar farm in Ontario

  • 11 MW Stone Mills solar farm in Ontario

  • 10 MW Glenarm solar project in Ontario

DIF was advised by Raymond James (Finance) and Osler (Legal).

DIF is an independent infrastructure fund manager, with €5.6 billion of assets under management across seven closed-end infrastructure funds and several co-investment vehicles.
