The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has launched a request for proposal for the planned development of a floating solar photovoltaic plant in the city of Dubai.
Interested developers are given until February 15, 2021, to submit the proposals through DEWA's Supplier Relationship Management online platform.
