Deepwater Wind has hired Stantec to lead the environmental assessment for the project. Stantec's team in Laurel, Maryland, will collaborate with local biologists, engineers, marine archaeologists and other researchers. In order to facilitate the project’s state and federal permitting efforts, Stantec will get help from Maryland-based environmental firms
