CWP Global and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) have concluded CIP's strategic investment of a 26.67% stake in CWP’s development portfolio of ultra-large-scale green hydrogen hubs across Africa, Australia, and the Americas. This acquisition gives CIP the opportunity to invest in CWP's pipeline of green hydrogen hubs worldwide.

The investment will assist in the decarbonization of the energy industry while also providing cost-effective, clean, and versatile sources of fuel for businesses and households.

CWP Global is a renewable energy development company active in Europe and Australia. It consists of CWP Europe (the renewable energy development platform in Southeast Europe with over 1400 MW in development) and CWP Renewables ( the largest renewable energy IPP in Australia, originally established by the founders of CWP, and now a joint venture between CWP and Partners Group).
