The Energy Commission of the Dominican Republic (CNE) has granted a 25-year definitive concession to Energia Renovable BAS SRL for the 50 MW/73.2 MWp Washington Capital Solar Park 3 in San Cristobal province, Dominican Republic.
The developer is expected to invest up to US$80 million in the project that will be constructed in the municipality of San Antonio de Guerra.
Energia Renovable is affiliated with Washington Capital Global Finance, a California-based private equity fund that has been in the Dominican market for more than 10 years.
