Clenergy, Obton close sale of 65 MWp solar PV project in Ganzlin

Clenergy (Xiamen) Technology Co. Ltd (Clenergy) and Obton closed the sale of a 65 MW solar farm power project in Ganzlin, Germany in an undisclosed value.

The 65 MW solar farm is financed by Norddeutsche Landesbank and currently under-Construction in Ganzlin, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern state. The commercial operation of the project is scheduled in June 2020.

Bankhaus von der Heydt was the Financial Advisor, Buse Herberer Fromm as Legal Advisor, and Evergy Engineering GmbH as the Technical Advisor of Obton. First Solid Capital GmbH was the Financial Advisor and responsible for the Debt and Equity Process, and Kanzlei Roettger as the Legal Advisor of the Clenergy.
