CEE completes takeover of 12 MW wind project in Saarland

CEE Holding has completed the acquisition of the 12 MW wind project in Germany following a deal with Dutch developer DunoAir. 

The project involved is the Schwalbach wind farm developed in the state of Saarland. It consists of four Enercon E-115 wind turbines and has been in operation since 2018. 

With the closing of the deal, CEE Operations GmbH will take care of the power plant’s commercial management, while DunoAir Windpark Management BV will oversee its technical management.

The financial information was not disclosed.
