Elektroprivreda Republike Srpske (ERS), the state-run power utility in Bosnia and Herzegovina, has set up a construction company that is tasked to develop the two hydroelectric power plant (HPP) projects with a total investment of BAM480 million (US$276.5 million).
The two projects are the 44.15 MW Foča and 43.25 MW Paunci hydroelectric power plants that will be located on the upper course of the Drina river in the Serb Republic.
Bosnia's ERS and Serbia's public power utility Elektroprivreda Srbije (EPS) owns the project at 49% and 51% sharing, respectively.
