BHE Canada inaugurates 130 MW wind project in Alberta

BHE Canada has announced that its 130 MW onshore wind farm has begun commercial operation in Alberta, Canada.

The Rattlesnake Ridge wind farm, located southwest of Medicine Hat, consists of 26 turbines and will have the capacity to generate enough to power 78,000 households.

The wind farm is privately financed by BHE Canada, using a combination of equity and debt, and does not rely on government subsidies or tax breaks to operate.
