Belenergia has completed the sale of 65% equity interest in seven special purpose vehicles that own 18 photovoltaic facilities, with an overall installed capacity of circa 20 MW to ACEA Spa. The plants are eligible for Conto Energia incentives.
Watson Farley & Williams advised Belenergia in the deal.
