BayWa r.e. renewable energy GmbH, a unit of BayWa AG, has started the operation of its 11.9 MW solar photovoltaic plant in Japan’s Kyushu Kagoshima Prefecture.
The Kuwabarajo Mega Solar No.4 solar park is built on a 24-ha site in Izumi and consists of 31,248 solar panels. It can generate enough energy to supply up to 5,000 homes per year.
