Aneel, the power sector regulator of Brazil, has temporarily suspended the 30 MW Buriti and Cajucoco wind plants and the 27 MW Coqueiros project.

The decision was made due to the inability of Energimp, the developer of the project, to satisfy the connection required for the project.

The suspension will remain until the projects are connected to a substation of Brazil's federal utility Chesf that was defined as the permanent connection for these assets.
