AMP Capital is nearing the US$3.5 billion target size on its latest debt vehicle − AMP Capital Infrastructure Debt Fund IV.
The company has secured approximately US$2.7 billion from commitments of 14 investors to date.
Previously, its Infrastructure Debt Fund III closed in August 2017 with US$2.5 billion of equity. The 10-year closed-end fund was seeking to make 10-15 mezzanine debt investments across OECD countries.
