Voltalia SA was awarded a contract to build a 55 MW solar park located in the state of Uasin Gishu, in the municipality of Eldoret, Kenya, for independent power producer Alten Energias Renovables.
The construction phase has just started for commissioning expected by the end of 2020.
Voltalia will also provide operation and maintenance services through a 10-year contract.
