AIIB to invest in SUSI's Asia Energy Transition Fund

Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), a multilateral financial institution based in Beijing, is set to invest up to US$50 million in SUSI's Asia Energy Transition Fund. 

The objective of the bank is to mobilize private capital investments for the energy sector by investing in renewable energy, energy efficiency, energy storage, and microgrid projects in selected AIIB members within developing Asia via a fund.

SUSI Asia Energy Transition Fund is a new infrastructure fund of SUSI Partners (SUSI) and South Pole Group (South Pole). The Fund focuses on investment in renewable energy and energy efficiency projects.
