AC Energy to acquire PNAI's stakes in 81 MW Pagudpud wind farm

AC Energy Philippines is set to acquire the interest of the Philippine Investment Alliance for Infrastructure (PINAI) in the North Luzon Renewables Energy Corp. that owns and develops the 81 MW PAgudpd wind farm in the Ilocos Norte Province in the Philippines. 

PINAI effectively has a 31% preferred equity ownership and 15% common equity ownership in North Luzon Renewables. 

North Luzon Renewables is a joint venture of AC Energy Philippines parent firm AC Energy, Inc. (ACEI), UPC Philippines, Luzon Wind Energy Holdings, which is an affiliate of Mitsubishi Corp., and PINAI.

The 81 MW wind farm consists of 27 Siemens SWT-3.0-101 wind turbines, each with an installed capacity of 3 MW.
