Energy fund Platina Partners LLP has restructured its Anemoi Cantillana photovoltaic plant, located in Seville (Spain), via a loan from Unicredit (London branch).
The 4.86 MW solar plant comprises 14 installations of 90 kW and 36 of 100 kW. In 2009 it produced 8430 MWh with 760 Tn of CO2 emissions avoided and supplying energy for 1,928 homes.
Spanish law firm Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) advised Platina Partners. WFW has also recently advised Platina on the restructuring of its photovoltaic plants at Morón (Seville) and Mesa de Ocaña (Toledo), also financed by Unicredit (London branch).
Loyens & Loeff acted as Netherlands and Luxembourg legal counsel.
