Mongolia Energy Co., Ltd. (MEC) is a listed company in Hong Kong with business in many places. It is mainly engaged in the development of mineral resources in western Mongolia, mining coking coal from the Khushut Coal Mine and exporting it to China, washing and processing the coal and supplying it to the Chinese market. Mongolian Energy has established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Mongolia - MoEnCo LLC. Its main business is coking coal mining, gangue selection, transportation and export at Khushut Coal Mine in western Mongolia.
