Hayleys PLC is a major Sri Lankan multinational conglomerate headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Founded in 1878, Hayleys has grown into one of the country’s most diversified and largest corporate groups, with business operations spanning over 16 sectors and products sold in roughly 80 markets worldwide. 

The company’s activities cover a wide range of industries, including agriculture and plantations, power and renewable energy, transportation and logistics, construction materials, consumer and retail products, industrial solutions, and business process services. It also has significant manufacturing capabilities—such as in household gloves, activated carbon products, textiles, and agricultural goods—and plays a key role in Sri Lanka’s exports and economic development.
