In 2017, DuPont merged with The Dow Chemical Company to form DowDuPont Inc. and subsequently split into three independent companies: Dow, DuPont de Nemours, Inc., and Corteva Agriscience. DuPont de Nemours, Inc. is now a publicly traded company and operates in several markets, including electronics and imaging, nutrition and biosciences, transportation and advanced polymers, safety and construction, and industrial biosciences. The company is headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, USA.
