Amata Corporation PCL is a Thailand-based developer and operator of industrial parks, which it describes as “Industrial Cities.” Founded in 1989 by Thai entrepreneur Vikrom Kromadit, the company has developed industrial estates covering more than 6,000 hectares in strategically located areas of Thailand and Vietnam, with further developments in Laos and Myanmar. Amata manages full-service industrial parks that host more than 1,500 global manufacturing companies and provides industrial real estate, urban development, utilities and related services. The company is also focused on developing smart, energy-efficient and sustainable cities, including the use of renewable energy and sustainable environmental management.
