Alensy Energy Solutions is an Africa-focused renewable energy company established in 2006, specialising in the development, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and energy storage solutions. Headquartered in Windhoek, Namibia, the company provides grid-connected, off-grid and hybrid solar systems, alongside energy management, financing, asset management and operations and maintenance services. Its expertise spans commercial and industrial installations, utility-scale solar parks and battery storage projects, delivering turnkey solutions tailored to Africa’s energy requirements. According to the company, Alensy has completed more than 400 projects, constructed 74 MWp of solar capacity and managed solar assets valued at approximately N$900 million. The company has also undertaken renewable energy projects in Zambia and other Southern African markets, and has been appointed, in consortium with Solarcentury Africa, as the EPC contractor for Globeleq’s 40 MWac Kafue Solar Project in Zambia.
