TerraForm launches refinancing for Carape I & II wind projects

TerraForm Power has launched the refinancing of its 95 MW Carape I and II wind farms located in Uruguay. 

The facility consists of 31 Vestas V112 3.075 MW wind turbines with an individual capacity of 50 MW and 45 MW, respectively. 

In 2018, TerraForm Power acquired Saeta Yield, a publicly-listed European owner and operator of wind and solar assets, which is the owner of the wind projects.
