Statkraft, a renewable energy producer based in Norway, plans to sell of stakes in its 4 fully-owned wind farms. The capacity of the facilities totals about 500 MW. The plants are all located in Sweden. Statkraft will still operate the facilities at 51% stakes.
The company seeks to invest in new projects in the country and the sale will help finance new investments, which include 2 medium-sized new wind projects in Sweden.
