The completed project involves the construction of 28,896 panel single-axis tracker array for photovoltaic solar farm. The project is located in Gallup, New Mexico, USA. The capacity of the project is 9.8 MW. The ribbon cutting event was conducted on July 17, 2018.

Standard Solar financed the project and will own and operate the array. The solar farm is expected to generate more than 20 million kilowatt-hours of power annually saving the city approximately $785,000. The energy provides nearly 10% of the city's energy use.

The solar farm, constructed on approximately 31 acres of city-owned land south of Interstate Highway 40, will generate enough electricity to power 2,500 homes and offset production of 3,500,000 pounds of carbon dioxide annually.
