A new renewable energy development and finance firm Seventus has acquired the 235 MW Wind project located on approximately 31,000 acres of land in Wheatland County, Montana, USA. The deal was backed by Suzlon.
The phase I of the project, consists of 38 Suzlon S111 wind turbines, with a capacity of 80 MW is expected to begin construction next year.
Seventus, which is majority-owned by India-based Suzlon Energy Ltd., focuses on greenfield and repowered projects throughout the U.S.
