RWE AG has started the construction work on the 121.8 MW first phase of the Baron Winds project located in Steuben County, in the state of New York, United States of America.
The Baron Winds project will be using 24 units of Vestas and eight units of Siemens Gamesa turbines, which are expected to generate enough capacity to supply over 50,000 homes annually.
The project is expected to be completed before the end of 2022.
