Dartmouth College of Hanover issued RFQ seeking a private partner to develop a new biomass plant and hot water heating system the Dartmouth College, Hanover. The plant, to be developed under PPP scheme is situated next to the Hood Museum of Art. The new project to be developed under PPP scheme, involves a transition on its steam heating system to a more efficient hot water loop system.
The investment for the project is US$ 200 million. The college is looking for a reliable service, affordable pricing, technological flexibility, and facilitation of learning opportunities from private developers.
The interested firms have to submit their bids by April 17th, 2019. The finalists will submit detailed bids in February 2020.
