Ørsted has presented a funding plan for the offshore wind complex. The company will fund the construction with capital from the Ørsted Group and debt provided by local banks and financial institutions, which will be backed by an Ørsted A/S parent company guarantee. Construction activities at the first of the four sites will start as early as 2019. The offshore capacity will be installed between 2021 and 2025
