NV Energy launches RfP for renewable energy development in Nevada

Nevada utility NV Energy has launched a request for proposal (RfP) for the development of renewable energy projects to expand its portfolio of renewable power generation capacity. 

The company is seeking proposals for solar projects, as well as energy storage, wind, and other forms of renewables such as biomass, hydroelectric, geothermal, and biogas facilities. The proposed projects should have at least 20 MW in capacity and must be commissioned by the end of 2025. 

The deadline for the submission of proposals is on May 18, 2022.
