Merging of Gintech Energy, Solartech Energy, and Neo Solar Power to conclude on October 1, 2018

The merging of Gintech Energy, Solartech Energy, and Neo Solar Power as United Renewable Energy Co Ltd (UREC)  is scheduled to be concluded on Octorber 1, 2018.

The three companies announced in October 2017 an agreement to merge their operations into a single company. Neo Solar, will become the surviving entity and will change its name to United Renewable Energy Co Ltd. 

Business core of the three companies is to design, manufacture and sell solar cells, modules and solar system internationally.
