Luminant, a subsidiary of Vistra Energy, has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) to buy 300 MW of electricity from the project for 12 years. Innergex expects to begin construction in the final quarter of 2018, with commercial operation scheduled for the third quarter of 2019. Innergex has completed site control, the environmental impact assessments (EIAs), and the signing of local property tax abatement agreements
