GE Renewable Energy has been selected by Leeward Renewable Energy to provide turbines totaling 235 MW for wind farms in the US state of New Mexico. GE's 2.x-127 and 2.3-116 wind turbines will be used to repower the existing 90 MW Aragonne Wind Energy project and power the 145 MW Aragonne Mesa new greenfield wind project, yielding a new wind farm complex of 235 MW.
