German developer ib vogt and HSH Nordbank have successfully closed a EUR41 million (US$47.88 million) debt facility for a solar photovoltaic power plant, the 54.5 MWp Solarpark Scaldia, located in the municipalities of Borsele and Vlissingen in Zeeland, the Netherlands.

TenneT Holding B.V., a European electricity transmission system operator (TSO), has announced the successful launch and pricing of a green bond issue of EUR1.25 billion (US$1.47 billion).
