Juwi Shizen Energy lands EPC deal with Sano Tadacho PV project

Juwi Shizen Energy has announced the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) deal for the 32 MW Sano Tadacho photovoltaic (PV) park located in Sano City, Tochigi prefecture.

The facility is owned by Sun Station Hikari X, among whose investors are Sonnedix Japan KK and Sonnedix Power Holdings Ltd. The project was initially developed by Sonnedix Japan KK and has a non-recourse debt financing provided by  Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC).

Juwi Shizen Energy is a joint venture of Shizen Energy and Juwi Group. The joint venture will take care of the operations and maintenance (O&M) of the project.
