JSW Energy, a subsidiary of Indian conglomerate JSW Group, has completed the commissioning of a 225 MW solar facility in Karnataka's Vijayanagar district.
The project is part of a proposal to build 958 MW of solar and wind projects for JSW Steel, a subsidiary of the business. JSW Steel will acquire power from these facilities under 25-year power purchase agreements (PPAs).
