Japan Asia Investment Co., Ltd., Renewable Japan Co., Ltd. and Tokyu Land Corporation have got financing from Tohoku Bank, Ltd. to develop the Ichinoseki city Suzagasawa solar power plant, which was completed in October 2018. On November 8, the completion ceremony was held.
The Ichinoseki City Suzugasawa Solar Power Station, as it is named, is the second half of the 5.3-MW Ichinoseki complex, developed using the solar sharing method. In this method, the PV panels are installed high above the ground so that the land below can be used to grow crops.
