Infratil and Mercury NZ announce variation notice for Tilt Renewables takeover offer

Infratil advises that Infratil 2018 Limited and Mercury NZ Limited have varied their takeover offer for Tilt Renewables Limited to extend the closing date to Friday, 30 November 2018 at 11.59pm.

Tilt Renewables has approximately 11% market share of installed wind capacity in Australasia, with a total installed capacity of 637 MW across eight wind farms. The company also owns a development pipeline of more than 1,600 MW of planning approved projects covering wind, solar and storage technologies.

TLT JV now controls 84.44% of Tilt Renewables.
