Infinite Blue Energy has entered a deal with Western Power for the completion of the initial studies for a 330 kV power line that will be connected to the Arrowsmith Hydrogen Project located in Dongara, about 320 km north of Perth in Western Australia.
The power line connection is expected to support 750 MW of power to the hydrogen plant. The 330 kV line from the Eneabba to the facility will supply energy for Arrowsmith I domestic demand and the Arrowsmith II for its Asia Pacific international market.
With the finality of these network studies, Infinite Blue Energy is expected to reach a final investment decision on the hydrogen project by January 2021.
