Giriraj Renewables wins 150 MW solar project within Pavagada solar park in auction

Giriraj Renewables recently won the 150MW capacity of the auctioned solar energy by Karnataka Renewable Energy Development.

The project is located in an area of land within the Pavagada solar farm in Tumkur district of Karnataka. The tariff rate was set to Rs2.92/kWh. Bangalore Electricity Supply Company will be the power purchaser on the 25-year PPA.
