European Energy, Google sign PPA for 82 MW of solar power

European Energy A/S has signed a multi-year Power Purchase Agreement exclusively to supply electricity to Google LLC. The company will build 27 MW Naessundvej facility and 55 MW Roedbyfjord plant located in Denmark, with a combined capacity of 82 MW. 

Google has announced plans to purchase up to 1.6 GW of renewable power. It has signed a total of 18 power purchase agreements (PPAs), expanding its portfolio of contracted renewables to 5.5 GW.
