EDP completes sale of 80% stakes in 563 MW US renewables portfolio

EDP Renovaveis SA has completed the sale of its 80% stake in the 563 MW wind and solar portfolios to Connor, Clark & Lunn Infrastructure (CC&L Infrastructure), a Canadian investment firm. 

The total deal is valued at about US$684 million. 

The portfolio consists of:

  • 220 MW Riverstart Solar project in Indiana
  • 100 MW Meadow Lake V wind project in Indiana
  • 98 MW Quilt Block wind project in Wisconsin
  • 99 MW Redbed Plains wind project in Oklahoma
  • 66 MW Hog Creek wind project in Ohio

All of the projects are slated for commercial operation this 2021.
