DP Energy has plans to expand its Port Augusta Hybrid Renewable Energy Park in South Australia. Stage 2 of the Port Augusta Renewable Energy Park includes the option for synchronous condensers. When coupled with the battery storage capacity, the facility will ensure a reliable network stability. Construction is expected to commence in the second quarter of 2018
