Clearway Energy Group has closed debt financing for its 160 MW Rattlesnake Flat wind project in Adams County, Washington. KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, and Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd. jointly acted as Mandated Lead Arrangers. Rattlesnake Flat will provide power to Washington-based utility Avista Corporation.
The construction of Rattlesnake Flat is expected to create up to 250 jobs during construction and invest millions of dollars in the local community.
