BELECTRIC completes three solar farms for EDF Renewables in Israel

BELECTRIC yhas completed three solar farms for EDF Renewables in Israel. The projects are: Pduyim (14 MWp), Mefalsim (13 MWp) and Kfar Maimon (7 MWp)

The projects are located in the Israeli Negev Desert. BELECTRIC built and commissioned the plants with a total installed capacity of 34 MWp as EPC (Engineering-Procurement-Construction) provider on behalf of the owner EDF Renewables.

Since 2013 BELECTRIC has completed 22 solar projects in Israel with a total capacity of around 260 MWp. This year BELECTRIC is building Israel’s largest solar plant with a capacity of 120 MWp near the Kibbutz of Zeélim in cooperation with Solel Boneh. Commissioning is anticipated in 2019.
