The project shareholders which include Aldwych Africa Developments Ltd, part of PIDG-owned InfraCo Africa Litd, and Smart Energies International SAS have opened a Request for Proposal (RfP) for Owners Engineering services to be executed during the construction and commissioning phase of Djermaya Solar's 32 MWp solar PV plant (Phase 1 of a 60 MW program) located in N'Djamena, Chad.
Djermaya Solar consists of the design, financing, construction, operation, and transfer after 25 years of the said phase, and the design, financing, construction, and transfer on completion of works of the associated interconnection infrastructure.
Technical and financial proposals must be submitted before July 31, 2020.
