RATCH Group Public Company Limited has announced its investment in the operating 30 MW Minh Luong hydroelectric power plant in Lao Cai province, Vietnam.

The acquisition of a 100% stake from Nam Tien Group was successfully finalized on December 29, 2023, through NEXIF RATCH Energy Investment Pte. Ltd. (NREI), a joint venture in which RATCH Group holds a 49% equity share valued at USD 25 million. Upon the successful development and completion of these pipeline projects, the Company's renewable portfolio is expected to reach close to 30% of the total capacity by the 2030 goal.
