KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. has hired Steve Schauer as a managing director in its Utility, Power & Renewable Energy Group. He will be based in Boston and report to Andrew Redinger, main head of the group.
KeyBanc Capital Markets, based in Cleveland (USA), provides investment banking, commercial lending, treasury management, derivatives, foreign exchange, equity and debt underwriting and trading, and syndicated finance products and services to large corporations and middle-market companies.
Before joining KeyBanc, Schauer was president and CEO of Westerly Wind LLC, a wind power developer owned by US Renewables Group. Previously.
Steve was also senior vice president of finance and treasurer at First Wind. He also held financing positions at NextEra Energy, focusing on solar development projects in the Southwest.
Redinger said about the appointment:
