Santander appoints new renewable energy Relationship Director in the UK

Santander Corporate & Commercial has appointed John Sturman as the new Relationship Director – Renewable Energy for Thames Valley and South West in the UK.

Based at the Corporate Business Centre in Bristol, John will specialise in working with local renewable energy businesses and will be responsible for building new customer relationships as the bank looks to expand further into the region and sector. He joins a 7 strong team in the Santander Corporate & Commercial Renewable Energy lending unit.

John previously worked for RPS Renewables and has 15 years of experience working in the sector as a consultant and project developer, giving him an in depth understanding of the needs of clients and enabling him to provide invaluable support throughout the project lifecycle.
