Armenia Renewable Resources and Energy Efficiency Fund by the request of the Ministry of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources of RA is seeking private developers or consortia to design, finance, build, own, and operate the grid-connected 55 MWp Masrik-1 solar photovoltaic (PV) power plant projectlocated in the municipality of Mets Masrik in the Gegharkunik Marz of the Republic of Armenia.
The project will be developed on a design, finance, build, own, and operate (DFBOO) basis under one special purpose company to be 100% owned by the successful bidder. The project company is to be established and incorporated in the Republic of Armenia specifically for the needs of this project.
The fund now invites prospective bidders capable of meeting the qualification criteria set out in this RFQ document to submit sealed prequalification applications in accordance with the requirements of this RFQ document.
However, to be eligible to participate, prospective bidders will be required to register with the fund and formally purchase this RFQ document for a non-refundable fee of 24,000 Armenian Drams (AMD) for residents and US$50 for non-residents through a wire transfer.
